I played this hand a few days ago against a reg on 50nl and i want to hear if someone has a different opinion how to play the hand.

If i give him a really wide range like: TT, 99, ATs, KcQc, KcJc, QJs, T9s, 78s, i have 38% equity
If i give him a tight valuerange: TT, 99, ATs, KcQc, KcJc, QcJc, T9s, 7c8c i still have 22% equity
I didn´t put AA, AK and AQ in the range because i think he won´t raise the flop with hands like that in a 3bet pot on that board, I also dont think he is bluffing a lot in that spot because his betsitzing is a bit too high for a r/f os i don't give me any foldequity.
Are the handranges ok or did i forget some possible hands he might have?
